WonderTale (the "App") is operated and provided by Dreamoa ("we", "us", or the "Company").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using WonderTale ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

WonderTale is an AI-powered interactive storytelling application designed for children. Our service includes:

• AI-generated personalized stories
• Voice interaction capabilities
• Character creation tools
• Progress tracking and educational features
• Offline story access

3. COPPA Compliance & Children's Privacy

Age Restrictions: WonderTale is intended for children under 13 with parental supervision and consent.

Parental Consent: Before a child under 13 can use the App, we require verifiable parental consent. Parents have the right to:

• Review any personal information collected from their child
• Request deletion of their child's personal information
• Refuse to permit further collection or use of their child's information

Limited Data Collection: We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our service and never sell or share children's personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. User Accounts & Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Supervising your child's use of the App

5. Subscription & Payment Terms

Subscription Plans: Paid subscription is required for continued use of premium features. Subscription fees are billed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play), which serves as the payment processor.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.

6. Content Rights & Intellectual Property

Our Content: The App, including all AI models, software, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by WonderTale and protected by intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content: Stories created using the App remain yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to use such content for improving our AI models and service quality.

AI-Generated Stories: Stories generated by our AI are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

Prohibited Uses: You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Share account credentials with others
• Use the App in a way that could harm children

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We comply with applicable privacy laws, including COPPA and GDPR.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Educational Purpose: While WonderTale is designed to be educational, it is not a substitute for professional educational services or medical advice.

Service Availability: We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

AI Limitations: AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inappropriate material. Parental supervision is recommended.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, WonderTale's liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
