Simple, Flexible Subscription
Start your subscription anytime and cancel whenever you like. You will be billed at the start of your billing cycle.
1. Subscription Basics
Billing:
- Start: Charges occur when you begin your subscription
- Renewal: Renews each billing period unless cancelled in advance
- Management: Manage or cancel anytime in your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings
2. Subscription Cancellation
How to Cancel:
- On iPhone/iPad: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > WonderTale > Cancel Subscription
- On Android: Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > WonderTale > Cancel

Cancellation Terms:
- When It Takes Effect: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- Continued Access: You can continue using the app until your subscription expires
- No Cancellation Fees: We never charge fees for cancelling your subscription
- Reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription at any time
Auto-Renewal:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
- You will receive email notifications before each renewal
- You can manage auto-renewal in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings
3. Refund Eligibility
Payments are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play. Refunds are provided in accordance withApple's andGoogle Play's refund policies and applicable consumer laws.
Eligible for Full Refund:
- Technical Issues: If the app doesn't work due to our technical problems
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly
- Unauthorized Charges: If charges were made without your consent
- Service Not Delivered: If you paid but couldn't access the service
When Refunds Are Generally Not Offered:
- Change of Mind: After using the service beyond the trial period
- Cancellation Mid-Cycle: Unused time after cancelling a subscription
- Misuse/Policy Violations: Breach of Terms of Service
For EU/UK consumers: the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content/services may not apply once service delivery has begun with your consent and acknowledgment of losing the right of withdrawal.
4. Refund Process
How to Request a Refund:
- Contact Support: Email wondertale.sup@gmail.com with your refund request
- Provide Information: Include your account email, reason for refund, and order details
- Or Via the App Store: Request a refund directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or from your Google Play order history
- Review Process: We'll review your request within 2-3 business days
- Decision Notification: You'll receive an email with our decision
- Processing: Approved refunds are issued by the Apple App Store or Google Play to your original payment method, typically within a few business days
Required Information for Refund Requests:
- Account email address
- Transaction ID or order number
- Date of the charge
- Reason for the refund request
- Description of any technical issues experienced
Refund Timeline:
- Review: 2-3 business days
- Processing: Initiated immediately upon approval
- Settlement: Apple or Google returns funds to your original payment method, typically within a few business days (exact timing depends on your bank or store account)
5. Payment Methods & Processors
WonderTale uses the Apple App Store and Google Play for all in-app purchases. All transactions are processed securely through Apple's and Google's payment platforms.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Payment is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play using whatever payment method is on file with your Apple Account or Google account — for example a credit or debit card, carrier billing, store balance, or gift card.
Refund Method:
- Approved refunds are returned by Apple or Google to your original payment method
- Refund eligibility and timing are governed by the Apple App Store and Google Play refund policies
6. Dispute Resolution
We're committed to resolving any payment or refund issues fairly and promptly.
Our Commitment:
- Respond to all refund requests within 2-3 business days
- Provide clear explanations for any refund decisions
- Work with you to resolve technical issues before considering refunds
- Escalate complex cases to senior support team members

In certain exceptional circumstances, we may offer account credits, extended trial periods, or other goodwill gestures even when a full refund isn't warranted.
