Download the WonderTale app from the App Store, tap "Sign in with Apple," and follow the prompts to create your account. You'll then be able to create child profiles and start your first story.

You can create multiple child profiles under one account. Each profile is personalized with the child's name, age, interests, and learning preferences.

WonderTale is designed for children ages 3-12. Our AI adapts story complexity based on the child's age and reading level.

During a story, your child will be prompted to respond using their voice. Simply tap the microphone button, let them speak their answer, and the story will continue based on their response. The app uses speech recognition to understand their words.

An internet connection is required for creating new stories, as our AI generates personalized content in real-time. However, you can replay previously completed stories offline.

Stories vary in length from short (5-10 minutes), medium (10-15 minutes), to long (15-20 minutes). You can choose the length when starting a new story.

Yes! You can pause a story at any time and resume exactly where you left off. All your progress is saved automatically.

Go to Settings → Subscription in the app to view your current plan, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription.

You can cancel anytime through the App Store subscription settings or in the app settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Please note this will permanently delete all your data, including child profiles and story history. This action cannot be undone.

Yes. We are fully COPPA and GDPR compliant. Voice recordings are processed immediately and deleted—they are never stored. We use encryption for all data and never share personal information for marketing purposes. Read the Privacy Policy →

Yes. All stories are generated with age-appropriate content. We filter out inappropriate themes and language to ensure a safe, educational experience.

Parents have full access to view completed stories, progress, and learning milestones through the Library section of the app.

Make sure microphone permissions are enabled in your device settings. Try speaking clearly and close to the microphone. If issues persist, check that you have a stable internet connection.

Try closing and reopening the app. If problems continue, check for app updates in the App Store, or try restarting your device. Contact support if the issue persists.

Story generation requires AI processing and may take 5-10 seconds per scene. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. If loading times are consistently longer, please contact support.
